The Body Ready Method®️ is a personalized prenatal and postpartum movement program designed to help to improve balance, strength, and resilience in preparation for birth and postpartum.
Utilizing the Body Ready Method® Five Pillar system – upper body, core, pelvis, pelvic floor and movement patterns – is a wonderful solution for people looking for an efficient, effective, and accessible way to prepare for birth, one that’s easy to integrate into your daily life, even if you’re short on time or energy.
The BRM® approach begins with a comprehensive assessment. Then, you’ll receive a tailored movement routine and support for integration.

Assessment
We will review your alignment, movement and compensation patterns across your upper body, core, pelvis, and pelvic floor, along with relevant history that may impact your pregnancy or birth. You’ll receive an assessment report, and most importantly, our findings will translate into your personalized movement practice.
PERSONALIZED MOVEMENT PRACTICE
Delivered an easy-to-follow digital format, you’ll receive a set of exercises tailored to you, along with additional lifestyle recommendations for pregnancy and postpartum.
INTEGRATION SUPPORT
All packages include one session where we’ll discuss your assessment and practice your movement routine together. For those looking for additional support, additional sessions can be booked.
